1. General Information
We ship worldwide to the countries listed at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once you have entered your delivery address. The final shipping price depends on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.
Orders with a total value of 120€ or more qualify for free standard shipping.
3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and external factors (such as customs clearance, public holidays, or local delivery conditions). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices in our online shop are displayed in Euro. Additional customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the regulations of your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (if available for your chosen shipping method).
6. Undeliverable Shipments / Failed Delivery / Re-shipment
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (including but not limited to absence at the delivery address, incorrect or incomplete address details, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier or pickup point within the specified timeframe), the shipment may be returned, stored, disposed of, or destroyed by the carrier in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
Any additional costs arising from re-delivery, return shipping, storage, or handling fees charged by the carrier or freight forwarder shall be borne by the customer. Re-shipment will only be arranged after these costs have been fully paid.
