1. Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A business is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the course of its trade, business, or profession.
(3) We do not accept any conflicting or deviating terms unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Contract Conclusion
(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart.
(3) The contract is only concluded upon our express confirmation or when the goods are shipped.
3. Prices & Payment Terms
(1) All prices are stated in Euro. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed prices.
(2) Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in our online shop, including credit card, PayPal, and Stripe.
(3) The purchase price is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping & Delivery Conditions

(2) Shipping costs will be displayed before the order is completed.
(3) The estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days from order confirmation.
(4) If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances, the customer will be informed promptly.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
The right of withdrawal for EU customers and return policies for international customers are outlined in our Cancellation & Return Policy.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty & Liability
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
(1) The law of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) applies unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence take precedence.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be the competent court of the Meydan Freezone Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in due time before they take effect. Orders placed before the changes take effect will remain subject to the version of the GTC applicable at the time of the order.
